This is Grandma doing 'horsey', which Andrew loves. This is a classic in our family.

Have at it Andrew- here's your chance to get messy. Andrew was taking his time to look it over and touch it. He ripped off the 'A' and played with that for awhile. We cut the cake open to encourage him, and he went for it- cautiously. Once the cake was on his hands he just played with his hands. Oh well, we had fun watching him.

Carlie, who is actually a U fan, gave Andrew the cutest BYU hoodie and football and tennis ball. Andrew now has his new Saturday game day outfit.

There is something so special about Andrew. One thing that I've known about him, and have felt from him from the very beginnig is that he loves us. He has no problem going to other people, even when they're unfamiliar, but he just loves his family. He has a strong sense of what he wants and how to get it. Kimball and I are literally brimming with joy as we see his personality develop. It's even greater to watch that with two boys.

Andrew is a great crawler right now and gets into just about whatever he wants to. He has two bottom teeth that gave him the nickname 'cartoon' and two front teeth breaking in. He weighs 23 lbs. and 9 oz. and is 29 inches long. 12 mo. clothing fits him just about right, but we're moving the direction of 18 mo. He loves to crawl around with a toy in his hand. He pulls up on anything he can reach. He loves riding in the car, and usually talks to me while I'm driving. If we're holding him on our hip and he sees something he wants, he will quite literally leap out of our arms and scare us to death. He sleeps great at night and is starting to be even more cuddly by laying his head on our shoulders. He frequents the dishwasher and the fridge and does the saddest cry when we shut them.

Andrew just lights up a room with his bright blue eyes and adorable dimples. He has many nicknames; doll boy, kissy face, fishy lips, cherub, Muggins McCute, Magoo, Rewski, Rew baby, tornado, volcano, dimples, and occasionally Andrew Robert! We love him so much and I think that I speak for Benson too when I say how much he is wanted and cherished in our family.
